Tuition

For all students, payment in full is required at the time of enrollment. SUWS is not an insurance provider and is unable to bill insurance companies directly, however we are happy to provide you with a statement of your child’s placement for you to give to your insurance company. As a result, SUWS requires parents to assume the responsibility of tuition payment.

When a payment has been made and your application is approved, a place will be held for your child in our program. Should you, your child and your family change your mind about enrollment before your child attends, a full reimbursement will be made. Please note that until we have received your child’s completed application, required documents and full payment, we cannot hold a place for your child in our program. Payment options include most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express, as well as cashier’s checks, direct wire transfer or personal loans.

Loan Options

At SUWS, we are committed to working with you and your family to provide the very best, most financially responsible options that allow your child to receive treatment from our program. With that commitment in mind, we are happy to offer the Aspen Education Group Loan Financing Program to you and yours. Through this program, loans can be procured to help ease the stress of program costs and other associated expenses.

Because our loan program accesses a wide range of lenders, we are able to create personalized solutions to meet your family’s unique financial needs during this process.

Loan Qualification Process
Obtaining a loan from Aspen Education Group requires the participation in a pre-qualification process, which you can begin by completing our online pre-qualification form.

Pre-qualification requests are generally processed within one to two business days, and while the process is simple, it is based on your ability to meet the following requirements:

• A satisfactory credit score
• At least two years of suitable credit history
• Sufficient proof of income
